It’s been proven from research and expert coaches that applying strength training to a running program can dramatically increase performance and reduce your chance of injury. Therefore, we’ve created a simple 4 week program that can be completed at anytime to assist with your running and minimise your risk of injury.

Nothing technical, heavy or intense, the aim of this program is to compliment your current regime.

These programs are designed by Gio who is currently studying his Masters in Physiotherapy Studies and is an Accredited Exercise Scientist who is an ASCA Level 2 Professional coach who has completed his Exercise and Sport Sciences and Exercise Rehabilitation for Sport Injuries degree and certificate.
