Youth Netball Program
$30.00

An 8 week program designed by Darling Downs Panthers Strength and Conditioning coach, Gio Davies.

This program is specifically designed for youth netball athletes between 8 years old and 14 years old or is new to the gym and would like to follow a program. No equipment is needed, however it can easily be altered if you have access to kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls or dumbbells.

These programs are designed by Gio who is currently studying his Masters in Physiotherapy Studies and is an Accredited Exercise Scientist, an ASCA Level 2 Professional Coach and has completed his Exercise and Sport Sciences and Exercise Rehabilitation for Sport Injuries degree and certificate. 

Running Prehab and Strength Program
$30.00

Research and expert coaches have demonstrated that incorporating strength training into a running program can significantly enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. To support your running and minimize injury risk, we’ve developed a straightforward 4-week program that can be completed anytime.

This program is designed to complement your current routine without involving technical, heavy, or intense exercises.

The program is designed by Gio, an Accredited Exercise Scientist and ASCA Level 2 Professional Coach. Gio is currently pursuing a Masters in Physiotherapy Studies and holds degrees in Exercise and Sport Sciences, as well as Exercise Rehabilitation for Sport Injuries.

After purchasing, you will be contacted by Gio with the program.

Holiday Workouts
$20.00

4 weeks of 3 days per week of holiday workouts designed for anyone that would like to train but has access to no equipment. Each workout is between 20 to 30 minutes and are a mixture of amraps, tabatas, emoms and much more with the goal of adding variety each week.

However, if you do have access to equipment, send us a message and we can adjust the program for you.
